1. Disconnect a social account
- Sign in to AgentMug.
- Open Settings, then Integrations.
- Find Facebook, Instagram, Threads, or the provider you connected.
- Select Disconnect and confirm.
2. Revoke Meta access
You can also revoke AgentMug directly from your Meta account:
- Open Facebook Settings & privacy, then Settings.
- Open Business Integrations.
- Select AgentMug and choose Remove.
Revocation prevents new API access. It does not automatically delete posts already published to a Page, Instagram account, or Threads profile; manage those posts on the relevant service.
3. Request deletion from AgentMug
Email privacy@agentmug.com from the email address associated with your AgentMug account. Use the subject "Meta data deletion request" and include:
- the AgentMug account email;
- the provider to remove, such as Facebook, Instagram, or Threads;
- the connected Page or profile name, if known;
- whether you want only the connection deleted or the entire hosted AgentMug account.
Never email a password, OAuth token, API secret, MFA code, government identifier, or payment card number. We may request a safe account-verification step before deleting data.
4. What deletion covers
A verified provider-connection deletion request removes from active AgentMug systems:
- the encrypted OAuth access and refresh credentials;
- the connection record, account label, granted scopes, and worker bindings;
- provider-derived content in hosted run history or traces that you identify and that we are not required to retain.
Limited security, fraud-prevention, billing, backup, dispute, or legal records may remain for the period reasonably necessary or required by law. Backups are removed through their normal lifecycle and are not restored to active use after deletion.
5. Confirmation and timing
Dahshan Labs will acknowledge the request, verify the requester where necessary, and complete deletion within the period required by applicable law and Meta Platform Terms. We will send a confirmation to the verified account email when the request is completed or explain any lawful retention that applies.
