AgentMug legal

Terms of Service

The rules for using AgentMug, running AI workers, connecting social accounts, publishing content, and using hosted plans.

Effective August 5, 2026hello@agentmug.com

1. Agreement and service

These Terms govern your use of AgentMug, a Dahshan Labs service for building, running, scheduling, sharing, and deploying portable AI workers. By using AgentMug, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Hosted features, local runtimes, third-party providers, and preview features can differ in availability. A portable worker may require the operator to supply credentials and runtime configuration outside AgentMug.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 or the legal age of majority where you live.
  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Protect sign-in credentials, API keys, connected accounts, and exported files.
  • You are responsible for activity performed through your account and issued keys.
  • Notify security@agentmug.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of prompts, worker definitions, documents, conversations, media, and other content you provide. You grant Dahshan Labs a limited license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process it only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve AgentMug.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for the content, personal data, accounts, recipients, and instructions you provide. Do not process confidential or personal information without authorization and a lawful basis.

4. Connected services and social accounts

AgentMug can act on services you connect, including Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Google Workspace, Microsoft, Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and other providers. Connecting a service authorizes AgentMug to use the scopes you grant when carrying out your worker instructions.

  • Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Review requested permissions and disconnect access you no longer need.
  • Follow every provider's terms, developer policies, rate limits, and content rules.
  • Understand that provider outages, reviews, policy changes, revoked tokens, or API changes may interrupt a worker.

5. AI output and automated actions

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unexpected output. A worker action can publish a post, send a message or email, create an event, change third-party data, or invoke another worker.

You are responsible for testing workers, selecting appropriate accounts, recipients, tools, and schedules, and applying human review where an action could affect rights, finances, employment, health, safety, law, or reputation. AgentMug is not professional advice or a substitute for required human judgment.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use AgentMug to:

  • break the law, violate rights, or breach confidentiality;
  • access an account, system, or data without authorization;
  • send spam, phishing, harassment, deceptive engagement, or unlawful communications;
  • mass-publish repetitive or misleading AI-generated content;
  • impersonate another person or hide required sponsorship or automation disclosures;
  • circumvent provider safeguards, reviews, rate limits, quotas, or access controls;
  • scrape or monitor a platform where its terms or technical controls prohibit it;
  • distribute malware, exploit vulnerabilities, facilitate fraud, or cause material harm;
  • use connected-service data for prohibited advertising, sale, or model training.

We may investigate suspected abuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, AgentMug, or the public.

7. Plans, usage, and payment

AgentMug may offer free, paid, and custom plans. Current limits, managed AI usage, prices, billing intervals, and applicable taxes are shown on the Pricing page or at checkout.

  • Recurring plans continue until canceled through the available billing flow.
  • Cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase prior charges.
  • Charges are non-refundable except where law or a written offer requires otherwise.
  • Future prices or limits may change with advance notice where required.
  • Third-party API, messaging, phone-number, and provider-plan charges remain your responsibility.

8. Public sharing and marketplace

When you publish a worker or public preview, you direct AgentMug to display its public configuration. Do not publish secrets, personal information, confidential instructions, or content you cannot lawfully share.

You retain ownership of published content and grant AgentMug a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and distribute it for the sharing and marketplace features while it remains published.

9. AgentMug rights and feedback

AgentMug's hosted service, brand, site design, and non-user content are owned by Dahshan Labs or its licensors. Open-source components remain subject to their published licenses. You allow us to use feedback without restriction or payment, without publicly identifying you unless you permit it.

10. Privacy, disconnection, and termination

Our Privacy Policy explains how AgentMug handles personal information and connected-service data. Our Data Deletion Instructions explain how to disconnect providers and request deletion.

You may stop using AgentMug at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, nonpayment, abuse, or an urgent security or legal risk. When reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to cure.

11. Third parties and service changes

Third parties control their APIs, services, content, policies, availability, and decisions. AgentMug is not responsible for a provider outage, review decision, policy change, or content, although we will take reasonable steps to secure and accurately represent our integration.

Preview or beta features may change, fail, or be discontinued. Do not rely on them for a critical workflow without appropriate backups, monitoring, and human review.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentMug is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dahshan Labs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of USD 100 or the amount you paid AgentMug in the 12 months before the event. This does not limit liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Changes, disputes, and contact

We may update these Terms as the service changes. We will revise the effective date and provide additional notice for material changes where required.

Before starting a formal dispute, contact Dahshan Labs at hello@agentmug.com so we can try to resolve the issue. Nothing prevents a party from using a regulator, court, or consumer process that has lawful jurisdiction.
